If an insane person comes to your house and behaves in an
unruly manner. i. Avoid him as
far as possible
ii. If he is a known person or a neighbor of yours, inform
his family members and make arrangements to take him safely to
his house
iii. Try to obtain the service of a Police officer ( by
dialing 15)
iv. You should always act to prevent any possible harm that
may be caused by him. If his behavior is liable to cause damage
especially to the property and if your reaction can cause any
harm you should refrain from doing so. If you feel that this
insane person is going to act in a manner that will cause you an
injury or your death, you can act for your private defense
against him although he is an insane person |

If your neighbor is encroaching your
land and putting up a wall or fence
i. Take steps to discuss this matter with him and settle the
matter amicably
ii. Take steps to obtain the services of a Police Officer
iii. If no satisfactory response from above sources, consult a
lawyer and take legal action against him
iv. If this is an unauthorized construction, you may take steps
to inform the relevant Local Government Authority

In case of tendering a fraudulent
cheque or issue a cheque when there are no funds in the account.
i. Take steps to discuss with him and
settle the matter
ii. Before making a complaint tender the cheque to the bank
and ascertain whether it is a dishonored cheque
iii. If the amount in the cheque is less than Rs.100,000
inform the local Police station.
iv. When dealing with this type of dishonored cheques, Police
can investigate with regard to a fraudulent act committed by the
person, but Police has no authority to recover the financial
loss from the respondent as expected by complainant. A civil
case should be instituted to recover the loss. |

1218 or 18 & complain the matter
ii. Take steps to inform the relevant Telephone Regulatory
Officer
iii. You can lodge a complaint at the police station
iv. After making the complaint to police, if the identity of
the persons who gave the call is revealed, summon the
complainant to the police station and inquire the matter |

cycle, it is important to note the registration number and the
color of the vehicle or Motor cycle |

advising him through his neighbors,
through a Religious Dignitary or the Principal of the school of
the area

serious offence

transferred should be obtained from the police station

ii. If you fail to trace the owner of the property hand it
over to the nearest police station and ask them to give it over

When you come across such a parcel with out an owner, if you
fail to trace the owner immediate step should be taken to inform
this to the people of the vicinity and ask them to leave the

iii. On receipt of such information police should rush to the
spot and remove all the people from the area if they have not
vacated
iv. If you feel that this parcel could cause any damage to the
public or to the property, steps should be taken to inform the
Bomb Disposable Squad |

ii. Arrangements should be made to mark the position of the

settlement, inform the matter to the relevant police |

i. First of all inform this to the driver
of the vehicle
ii. Thereafter arrangement should be made to produce him
before a doctor as early as possible
iii. Then if the doctor confirms the person is dead, inform
this to the nearest police station and act according to the
instructions given by police |
